We went with a quartz halogen tube, coated to be tough and keep its output stable, even in harsh conditions. The halogen cycle is a real workhorse here, keeping the element cleaner over time. That means more consistent performance and less time spent on maintenance. And getting it in is a breeze. It uses an R7s connector, a solid two-pin design we’ve trusted for years. It snaps in fast and holds a tight connection, even with vibration. In our experience, that means no more worrying about hot spots at the terminals, and swapping it out on the shop floor is quick and easy.
